This was my first visit to BME but it won't be the last. They were recommended as the guys to sort out an electronic problem with our Jaguar - which they did most efficiently. Their standard of customer service was exceptional. Things were done when they said they would be, phone calls kept me updated with the diagnosis and the progress of work and a courtesy car was provided. When I collected our car it had even been cleaned. This is a great team.

It takes a great deal of motivation on my part to write an on-line review for anything. Yet, writing one for BME took no motivation at all. After most garages couldn't diagnose or repair my Discovery 2 it took Brandon and Steve no time at all to plug in their diagnostic kit and tell me what was wrong. Then they repaired the faulty brake system with the minimal of hassle to me. These guys aren't just LandRover/Jaguar motor engineers - they are THE LANDROVER/JAGUAR ENGINEERS. Forget main dealers go straight to BME, I intend to from here on in.

Good afternoon Steve and Brandon

I wanted to write and thank you for the sorting me and my discovery out yesterday
It's a totally different beast to the car I drove in yesterday

You didn't make me feel like an idiot, (even though I probable deserved to)and have given me a new confidence in the car. you know that the bill was painful , however yo softened the blow nicely.

Ill be back in a few weeks to sort out the wax oiling for the winter.
