We can offer most mechanical repairs on mainly JLR vehicle & we can get most types of vehicles to MOT standards.
We can complete all service work to maintain your vehicle to the correct standards.
We specialise in JLR products, and you can be assured of a first-rate affordable service from a technical team with a combined expertise, that has been developed over 60 plus years in repairing/modifying these types of vehicles.
Your veteran, vintage or specialist vehicle could also be within our scope as we are vehicle engineers and as such can often offer our customers a lot more choices than can be given by most garages.
Welding & Fabrication
We have experienced welders on site and have both gas and MIG welding equipment on hand.
Full Diagnostic Services
Barnwell Motor Engineering is an independent accredited centre in the UK to provide Diagnostic on Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles exactly the same way as a JLR main dealer would.
We have the latest JLR (SDD) Diagnostic Equipment, but most importantly the factory trained engineers to use it.
Brandon has been a factory “trouble shooter” on JLR products and we are confident that we can “solve the problems” that others fail to do.
We also have the capabilities of diagnosing and repairing faults on most other makes of vehicles too.
Once the problem is detected, a breakdown of costs would be advised before any work is completed.

MOT Preparation & (If required) Presentation
Brandon is an ex VOSA MOT inspector, (and Steve an ex VOSA vehicle enforcement officer), we know exactly the condition your vehicle needs to be in to pass its annual inspection.
With this knowledge, after inspection, you can be assured you will be informed of just what is needed to be rectified and again the costs prior to all repairs being started.
We also offer to have your vehicle tested after repairs were caried out to save you time.
